Refund & Return Policy
Whynot has a 30 day return policy which must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment/pickup date or in-store purchase. For an eligible return, your items must be in the same condition in which you received them which means unworn, unwashed, and remained intact with original tags and packaging.
For the moment, all non-domestic (outside Ontario) orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
To start a return or exchange, email info@whynotrunning.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Damages / Mistakes
Please let us know immediately and within the 30 day return period if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Email info@whynotrunning.com with info regarding your order and provide images of damaged/wrong items.
Refunds
Upon receival of your return, we will review your item(s) and if approved, we will process your refund for your order's full amount within 10 business days. Once we've issued your refund, please allow up to an additional 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account
